Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical Employs a Full-Time Director whose primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of all Company Safety Training for new and veteran employees
  • Writing of “Job-Specific” Safety Procedures (in collaboration with Project Superintendents, Foremen, and Client)
  • On-Site Safety Coordination – Risk and Hazard Assessment/Routine Inspection/Policy Enforcement
  • Tool, Equipment, and PPE Inspection
  • Comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA)Facilitation, Documentation, Recording, and Reporting
  • Employee Training in First Aid and Adult C.P.R.

SAFETY MEETINGS:

Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical conducts regular “In-House” and “On-Site” Safety Meetings including:

  • Pre-Construction, Pre-Mobilization Job Specific Safety Coordination Meeting
  • Weekly Tool Box Safety Meetings
  • Quarterly Company Safety Statistics Meetings and Employee Incentive Awards

DRUG TESTING:

Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical utilizes a 10-Panel Drug Testing Program and conducts mandatory testing for:

  • All New Hires
