Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical Contractor, Inc. welcomes the newest member of our Executive Team. Bo joined the Company in June of this year as Sales Manager for our Automation & Controls Division, reporting to Mr. Mark Thompson, Vice President. Bo lives in Lynchburg, Virginia, and working from that geographical area, he will cover all regions throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. 

He comes to us having acquired more than 20 years of experience in Industrial and Automation Sales. Bo grew up, and went to school in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is married and has 3 daughters. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and camping most anywhere, and he has done a lot of it. 

Over his career, Bo has developed strong client relationships with companies such as Abbott Labs, J.M. Huber, Automated Conveyor Systems (ACS), Sensory Equipment Erectors, and Alliance Industrial, to name but a few. He comes to us loaded with “hands-on” Control Engineering experience, and is a certified UL508A Control Panel Designer/Fabricator/Installer. 

Bo’s work ethic can be summed up in (3) words, God-Family-Work, and he truly subscribes to the adage, Good Work “ain’t” Cheap, and Cheap Work “ain’t Good. According to Bo, “Joining Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical has definitely added a new and exciting challenge to my life. I believe that my opportunities to learn and prosper with this awesome Company are limitless, and I’m excited about the future. I like to work, and I plan to work for a long time.”
