Human Resources Administrator, Rudy L. Hawkins Electrical

Jessica joined the Company in December of 2010 as a Front Office Administrative Assistant. She is a Chester, Virginia native, and graduated from Thomas Dale High School.  While working for our Company, she enrolled in Liberty University’s “On-Line” Undergraduate Degree Program.  Tasked with the challenge of managing a full-time job, while studying as a full-time college student left her with little time for anything other than work and school, but she stuck with it, and was awarded her Undergraduate degree in 2016.  Subsequently, Jessica decided to enroll in Liberty’s Master Degree Program, and earlier this year received her Master’s in Business Administration. 

Presently Jessica is our company’s Human Resources Administrator. In this position she is responsible for Employee Time-Keeping and Payroll, Benefits administration and coordination, new employee orientation, and all personnel records management.

In her spare time, for which there is little, Jessica enjoys travelling, with Las Vegas being one of her favorite “spots”.  She is married to Travis Koogler, our Corporate Safety Director, so working for us has become somewhat of a “family affair”.
